I've been working with Andre Kan at the gallery I operate in the east end called
Project Gallery. He's exhibited in a couple of shows we've curated, and has a lot of focus and good work ethic in his practise as an artist. His work has evolved in the short period of time we've worked together and I'm interested to see what direction he will take next.

Andre's work reflect an interesting mix of lose colourful drippings and a dynamic web of structure.

Andre's work is phenomenal at playing with the viewers spatial awareness, perception of depth and orientation. As his work evolves, so does his ability to manipulate and navigate angles, proportions and composition. If you're interested in seeing more of his work, check out his website
here.
A couple of his pieces will be up at Project Gallery for an exhibit called
Perpetual Motion until July 7th.
