Some of Andy Warhol Eating a Cheeseburger
Andy Warhol is an interesting character, a lot of people think his art sucks and that he's a hack. Some people have even estimated that he had an IQ of 86. And though I might not personally love a lot of his work, his influence and impact on the world of pop culture and modern art is undeniable. Here's a video of him eating a Cheeseburger:

"Life is a series of images that change as they repeat themselves"
Self Portraits (1986)
This video is not unlike a lot of Andy Warhol's film projects in its framing of a routine, banal human activity as it is, like his films Eat (1964) and Sleep (1963). Whereas a lot of his prints and paintings are iconic, gimmicky and commercial, his films differ in his commitment to capturing the uninfluenced raw and honest truth of simplicity. For me, his work in film is more about a statement than an experience, and though there is a lot of uncomfortableness and confusion that comes with it, there's definitely something to that statement. If you're interested in some of Andy Warhol's film work check out Chelsea Girls (1966), it's a split screen film accompanied by alternating soundtracks that follows some young women who lived at the Hotel Chelsea in NYC.
